3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Order Cancellations
